LOCALS are encouraged to get creative and crafty this month, with Spotlight’s Make It Month running throughout March.

Spotlight is inviting locals from throughout the region to come in store and learn a new craft. The Shepparton Spotlight team will teach you how to sew, knit and participate in various Easter activities, including biscuit icing and basket weaving.

Make It Month encourages all Australians to get involved in a DIY project, big or small and it is not just for DIY diehards. Regular Australians will be in the spotlight throughout March, thanks to Make It Month – a national celebration of Australians doing DIY together.

The month-long festivities held by the country’s leading craft retailer are a chance for Australians to head to their local Spotlight store to discover a stimulating new art form.

Make It Month is taking place in the Shepparton Spotlight store, each Saturday and Sunday in March, from 12pm until 2pm, with the final day on March 24.

For more information, visit Spotlight at 175 Benalla Road, Shepparton or phone the team at 5821 7799.

Spend a minimum of $10 and fill out an entry form for your chance to win a share of $25,000 or a $5,000 holiday voucher. Spotlight is a participating business in the 2019 GMCU $30,000 Giveaway.
