SHEPPARTON’S premier accounting and wealth creation firm are proud to announce the building of their new premises, thoughtfully designed by architect, Allister Sarris, will be commencing in December.
“We’re really looking forward to this next chapter in the MB+M journey. Office life has changed dramatically in the last 15 years and we now have the opportunity to build a fit-for-purpose facility that will meet the modern needs of a busy Accounting/Wealth Creation firm,” said MB + M tax specialist and wealth creation director, Greg Luscombe.
“Many of you will remember when we moved to our current premises at 23 Nixon Street, 13 years ago. At that time, it was state of the art. How quickly things change! Our world is now mostly electronic and we no longer need areas like the filing room that takes up a substantial proportion of the ground floor.”
The new building plan is modern, the main concept being the depiction of the building as ‘floating’. While the building will be accessible to all, it will also tick many sustainability boxes.
“Keep your eyes peeled for our regular photo updates on our social pages as building starts next month. We are expecting to make the big move early in the new financial year – as befits an Accounting Firm,” said Mr Luscombe.
