Led by Belinda Davies, a behavioural practitioner who has worked in community services for five years, she adapted her business in Shepparton to support the gap within the disability sector.
“After 15 years assisting corporate business improve their health and wellbeing, I felt it was time to help the most vulnerable in our community really start to achieve the quality of life they deserve,” Belinda said.
“I want to make a difference for those in the disability community, by showing everyone kindness and respect at all times.”
360 HM has grown to employ more than 30 staff members locally, many of them female, that bring a range of skills to the team, as well as compassion to support participants and their family.
The size of their network and team enables them to provide the best care and most tailored approach to NDIS services.
Belinda said, “We assist real people achieve their goals through achievable person-centred supports.”
