It’s a bird, it’s a plane… no, it’s the Benalla Airshow

BOASTING more than 7,000 display related flying hours in front of 10s of millions of fans, Australian aerobatic pilot Paul Bennet has cemented himself as a master of aerial entertainment and is regarded as one of the nation’s finest air show performers.

On Saturday, March 18, the skies above Benalla Airport will roar into life with the unforgettable sights and sounds of an action-packed air show.

Whether you’re a die-hard aviation enthusiast or just looking for a fun weekend with the family and kids, you won’t be disappointed by the endless entertainment on offer.

There will be unbelievably daring aerobatics performed by some of Australia’s top champion pilots, a hot air balloon launch, markets and street food, as well as modern and historic gliders, rare and unique warbirds and other aircraft to explore.

Hosted by the Gliding Club of Victoria, the event was originally planned for 2022 to coincide with their 70th anniversary in Benalla.

If you’ve already purchased tickets, they are still valid for the upcoming Benalla Airshow. Children under five can attend for free and you will save when you purchase tickets online before the event.
