IT is no mean feat to become an iconic local business, but for almost 50 years of unfailing commitment to providing the finest customer service, that is exactly what Pat and Tina’s BP Service Station has achieved.

It is a striking point of difference that the business continues to provide service at the pump along with complimentary windscreen cleaning. Quaint and exceptional, the staff engage each patron with warmth and jovial banter while the enduring popularity of the BP is affirmed by the station’s loyal and constant clientele.

Having opened in 1973, ownership has passed from Pat and Tina Di Conza to their son Joe, and his wife Angela.

While combining over 145 years of experience, the business has also garnered significant recognition from the business world.

In 2013, Pat and Tina’s Service Station was inducted into the Shepparton Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Hall of Fame in recognition for its superlative levels of service.

For Joe, however, a dedication to customer service is simply the way it has always been in the family business, as he said,

“Having a model of service which is the same today as it was over 45 years ago is important. The experience and service we offer mean the most to our customers and that’s why they keep coming back.”
