WHEN you’ve been in business for 34 years and your staff have clocked up an average of 24 years of dedicated service between them, you know you’ve got something special.

Anne Finn and her all female staff at Finny’s Manchester in the heart of Shepparton, quite simply love coming to work each day.

Sharing a fun-loving, flexible and supportive camaraderie, the staff are committed to providing each customer with the best, personalised service, a point of difference that flows indicatively from the thriving team.

“We all just fit in, everyone gets along so well with each other, it makes it easy to come to work and have fun,” said Anne’s daughter, Tina who has worked alongside her mother since the store began.

“I think that for the staff to get on so well and enjoy each other’s company is the most important part of having a successful business; we look after each other so we can focus on our customers,” Anne said.

Renowned for its huge sales, which once had customers lining up out the door and around the corner, Finny’s prides itself on catering to the needs of everyone; with quality products meeting all budgets.

With Tara, Shirley, and Darielle all bringing their own unique qualities and skills to the team, Anne and Tina are effusive about their dedication, customer service and flexibility to support one another, no matter the challenge.

Appreciating and enjoying the conversations and relationships she has fostered with customers over the years, Anne said, “It’s very important for us, and for the people who come in as well, that we take the time to chat and listen, you get to hear a lot of stories, we really value that.”
