LOCALS had a chance to learn all about leatherworking at a recent workshop organised by GV Leathercraft Association at the Shepparton Showgrounds.
The members, along with some enthusiastic grandchildren participated in braiding leather bracelets featuring many colourful and creative combinations. The workshop was open to anyone interested in working leather and was led by leather craftsman, Jim Jeffery.
“The day was enjoyed by all and further workshops featuring other techniques will be organised,” said Mr Jeffrey.
Keep an eye out for announcements about future workshops and other great community events in The Adviser’s Community Connect section.
